Our Super Duper Long Weekend!!

it started out as a surprise fer baby fer our post-events celebration.. we had juz crossed a milestone on our 2nd year anniversary, sung happie bdae at da colours on da bay, cuddled thru valentine's dae, etc. etc.. heh.. ceeing our long weekend together approaching, anyone cld haf guessed hw truly excited i was on thurs at 5:30pm.. heh..

first up, we met up wif baby's frens fer a long nite of ktv over in sleazy chinatown.. heh.. do u noe dat cheena bar hostesses reali REALI wear silky, flowy evening dresses to werk in niteclubs?? goodness gracious.. it was a wonderful splash of colours everywhere as we drove past slowly seeking a parking lot.. heh..

it was great slp thru till noon fer me aft i stumbled home at 3+am in da morn.. and off i went to baby's place to spend a wonderful weekend.. haha.. a splendid weekend mini-getaway of some sorts.. fri nite, we chilled out at mind cafe over at selegie wif baby's grp of poly frens as usual.. it was great great fun wif da gang of guys, playing and laffing over games like charades.. haha.. it def has been awhile since we laffed soo hard fer soo long.. heh.. da bill came as a shock to us tho.. hee.. but wad da heck.. =P

hadda long nite's rest till late noon on sat.. baby n i juz enjoyed each others' company, chatting, gaming, psping, singing LOUDLY, etc. etc., up until late afternoon and it started raining cats and dogs.. but nonetheless, it was da perfect dae to chill out at home.. home swit cosy home.. wif baby's soft and stinky chou chou and baby pooh.. =)

it wasnt until 5pm when we decided to head out fer a "play" dat i bought tix fer at da esplanade.. heehee.. im sucha trickster i tell u.. bleahhh! lurve my lil clever mind of romantic ideas.. tehe.. had a quick dinner over at cartel in tamps before heading down to cityhall.. ps. da st. louis pork ribs are goin at a cheap $12.50 fr da usual $15+, so go eat!

baby n i walked q abit before heading out onto da roads towards da esplanade.. baby did indeed look bored and seemed to be dreading our hour-long play ahead.. heh.. cutie.. soon, da familiar towering structure illuminated in a glorious blue shone proudly ahead of us..

Me: Baby, look.. its da Singapore Flyer..

Baby: Uh huh.. *distracted*.. where is da play at again?

Me: Hmm.. Baby, looook.. its da Singapore Flyer..

Baby: *nods*

Me: Guess wad, chu?

Baby: Hmm?

Me: We're goin on it tonite..

Baby: *surprised* Huhh?? Youuuuu... you tricked me again!!

Me: *smirks*

i tell u.. it was a rather cool experience.. a lil over-rated tho.. prob coz my expectations were a tad higher den wad it reali was.. but heyy.. its a once a lifetime kinda thingy rite.. =P aniwaes.. here are some piccies of our maiden voyage up da Singapore Flyer.. =)

Happie 2nd Year Anniversary!

Todae, da 19th of March 2008, marks da 730th dae after Baby n i got together..

i still rem da pink paper wif our piccie, plus da oh sho swit words scribbled neatly on it.. walking by da rocks along da esplanade.. da cool breeze blowing thru my hair and around my skirt.. feeling tiny brown leaves falling gently down from da boulevard above.. da sunset was magnificient dat evening, and adriell looked uber cute wif his boyish smiles and soft spoken disposition..

fast forward a couple of years, and here we are.. still basking in da sunshine and rainbows of our relationship.. wif of coz, da thunderstorms tew..

nonetheless, im constantly amazed at hw baby nv fails to make me smile.. whenever im upset or angry, he always finds a wae to tame da tempest brewing within me.. well, most of da time at least.. im reali thkful fer da wae he does his best in our relationship, and da wae he makes me feel loved all da time (except during SOCCER).. heh.. =P

we spent dis special dae having a simple, quiet dinner at Giraffe, listening intently to da business talk goin on at da table a few metres awae.. despite da nice, relaxed ambience, i din find da food all dat fantastic.. bummer..

To Adriell.. All in all, i juz wanna thank you fer ur omnipotent love, care and protection.. Thanks for always finding da wae to my heart to make me laugh and smile.. I look forward to many more happie, blissful years wif u.. and i hope u had a great 2nd year anniversary.. As i've said to you before, "I've always known dat loving you was da right thing to do".. I love you, my silly pooh.. *muacks*

How I want to die..

dis post is wayy overdue.. heh.. but wad da heck.. here it is..

Havin seen The Water Horse juz nw.. i m nw playin wif da idea of havin a fantastic death in da loch ness.. aft all, i've always been intrigued by myths of "The Loch Ness Monster".. and to me, it wld be an HONOUR to die wif sucha mystical creature..


My death would begin wif me being extremely high on alcohol and clinging onto da neck of my water horse, oso called Crusoe.. We will glide thru da water, somersault outta da water, splash bk into da loch and swim furiously thru seaweeds and rock crevices.. but unlike Angus (da lil boy), i will fall into a coma due to da concussion received from da rapid impact of water hitting my face.. i will den knock my head against one of da sharp edges of da rock arch, and fall unconscious immediately.. at dat v moment, my body will feel my lungs swell up wif da salty taste of liquid, but i wun feel any pain as im oredi in a deep, deep sleep.. =)
